In my eyes, the 40k strong WordPress.org free plugin repository is one of the things that made WordPress the hugely platform it is today. That is why I love building free WordPress plugins and I have built quite a few of them over the years.
Problem is, I never seem to have enough time to take care of them. Bills have to be paid, so paid work somehow always takes precendence.
